He is survived by: his wife Earla Joyce Smith; his daughter Lisa Clark; his grandchildren, Ryann Vanoven (Chad Vanoven), Shelby Clark and Casey Clark; his great grandchildren, Paxton Vanoven and Annabelle Vanoven; his brother John Smith (Dorothy Smith); and his great grandchildren, Triniti Vanoven and Xander Vanoven.
