We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2024, at the age of 90, Dorothy Gerlich of Arlington, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Pechacek and Angela Pechacek (Vicha); her husband Eugene Gerlich; her daughter Donna Culliton; her brothers, Harry "Fuzzy" Pechacek and Daniel Pechacek; and her siblings-in-law, Paulette Pechacek, Frances Gerlich, Albina Macha and Vernon Gerlich.

She is survived by : her daughter Katherine "Kay" Weeks (Tom); her son-in-law Tim Culliton of Arlington; her grandchildren, Natalie Doland (Tony), Nicholas Culliton, Kimberly Williams (Paul), Katie Weeks (Jonathan Hamilton), Gena Pogue (Bryce) and Tommy Weeks; her great grandchildren, Jude, Lilly, Elizabeth, Paul, Sarah, John Doland, Olan, Harvey, Joanna and Porter Williams; her sister Mildred Steinke (Lloyd); and her sisters-in-law, Liz Pechacek and Carrie Pechacek. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A rosary was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel (808 S Reagan St, West, TX 76691). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (9656 Elk Rd, Axtell, TX 76624).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Arlington, The Ladies Group at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elk, or the charity of your choice.
