She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Fowler of Arlington, TX, Theodore Sleiminger (Barbara) of Mantua, NJ and David Sleiminger (Tammy) of Sewell, NJ; her grandchildren, Tracey Seibt (Rooster Floyd) of Arlington, TX, Stacey Gillies (Patrick) of Arlington, TX, Jeff Howell of Arlington, TX, Karen Jost (Barry) of Sewell, NJ, Lisa Quartullo (Jason) of Mickelton, NJ and David Sleiminger (Allison) of Sewell, NJ; her great grandchildren, Caitlin Jaime (Miguel) of Arlington, TX, Colin, Logan, Ryan Sleiminger of Sewell, NJ, Everly and Levi Quartullo of Mickelton, NJ.; and her caregivers, Connie, Janett, YaYa, Jemila and Ola.
