He is survived by: his wife Monia Haner; his siblings, Patricia Brown (Bill) of North Carolina, Gary Haner of New Mexico, David Haner (Elaine) of Connecticut, Dorthea Setran of North Carolina and Gordon Haner (Maria) of New York; his daughter Amy Miller (Byron) of Washington; his granddaughter Olivia Leonard; his son David Fennell (Sheila) of Texas; his granddaughter Amy Ginapp (Chris) of Texas; his great grandchildren, Emma and Isla; his granddaughters, Sarah and Beth Fennell; his daughter Rhonda Dye (David) of Texas; his great grandchildren, Thor, Chevelle, Nova, Benji and Karis; his daughter Sheila Sherman; and his grandchildren, Michael Sherman (Veronica) and Krystal Sherman.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Baptist Church (2212 N Davis Dr, Arlington, TX 76012). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
