She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Eidson; her husband Charles Durwood Forehand; her daughter Felicia Kay Forehand; and her sister Jennie Campbell. She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Gay Forehand of Arlington; and her sister Irene Kuehler of Seymour.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hearts and Hands Food Bank of Arlington.
