He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Solis and Maria Solis; his wife Socorro Solis; his children, Maria Del Rosario Solis (Bobby) of Buda, TX and Jesus Solis; and his siblings, Sergio, Luis, Filomeno, Pedro, Josefina, Refugio (Cuca) and Rita.
He is survived by: his children, Josie Valles (Bobby) of Arlington, TX., Juan Antonio (Veronica) of Ciudad de, Carmen Mexico, Mario (Alicia) of Laredo, TX, Gilbert (Alicia) of Odessa, TX, Jabier (Veronica) of Arlington, TX, Oscar (Anna) of Pecos, TX, Daniel (Lisa) of Denton, TX and Isaac Solis of Dallas, TX; his sister Soledad Cisneros (Chloe); his brothers-in-law, Luis Valles (Hilda) and Jesus Valles; and his niece Julia Cazares (Ruben) of Pecos, TX. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for. Memorial donations in his honor to the American Heart Association, Cancer Society, or National Kidney Foundation.
