She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Jones and Grace Jones (Gebhart). She is survived by: her children, James Willoughby (Cherie), Michael Willoughby (Charlotte), Deborah Madewell (James) and Theresa Willoughby; her grandchildren, Amanda Doll (Bill), Kristin Stump (Christopher), Michael Willoughby (Vicki) and Kelley Willoughby; her brother Jeff Jones (Yoshie); her siblings-in-law, Jerome Willoughby (Joyce) and Anita Lewis (Dale); her son Douglas; and her siblings, Marjorie, Johnny and Melvin. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
