He was predeceased by: his parents, William Everett and Lucille Willard; his wife Dian Willard; and his children, Guy Edgar Willard Jr., Paula Lucille Hash and Cynthia Eve Anich.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, Philip Anich of Mesquite and Crystal Willard of Fort Worth. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
