She is survived by: her husband Charles Ingram; her daughter Kim Nash; her son-in-law Robert of Pantego, Texas; her grandchildren, Kyle Nash (Julie) of Fort Worth and Karey Crump (Robert) of Carrollton, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Keith, Kaleb, Kaden Nash, Lachlan, Camille and Claire Crump. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Cook Children's Hospital in Jan's honor.
