He is survived by: his wife Carol Woodall Clark; his sons, Jeff Clark (Mary) of Arlington and Kevin Clark of Arlington, Texas; his sisters, Sara Ann Freeman (O. C.) of Clinton and Billie Cope (J. M.) of Frederick, Oklahoma; and his grandchildren, Matthew Clark of Dallas and Kendal Clark of Arlington, Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
