He was predeceased by: his wife Gari Barton; and his father Thomas Laverne Etheridge. He is survived by: his mother Betty Etheridge (Kathy Etheridge); his brothers, Jimmy Etheridge (Teresa Etheridge) and James Kunkle (Kendra Kunkle); his children, Thomas Etheridge, Devan Barton and Courtney Etheridge (Zackery Kriska); and his grandchildren, Lilliana Barrow, Isaac Barrow and Tyler Kriska.
