He is survived by: his cousin Joe Mantooth; his mother Carla Garrett-Milam of Kiowa, OK.; his siblings, Amanda Neugent of Lubbock, TX, Gene Neugent (Edith) of Corpus Christi, TX, Colby Anderson of Stigler, OK, Christy Milam of Riesel, TX, Wyndi Milam of Riesel, TX, Benjamin Milam (Angela) of Crawford, TX and Brad Milam (Brittany) of Corpus Christi, TX.; his aunts and uncles, Jim Milam (Debbie) of Waco, TX, Juli De Crocker of McAlester, OK, Naomi Cox of McAlester and Roy Garrett (Dianne) of Stigler, OK; and his great-aunt Ruby Mantooth of Enterprise, OK.
In Johnson City, Tennessee, Jon was the parts dept manager at the Smoky Mountain Truck Center (now called Velocity Truck Centers.) In Jacksonville, FL he was the warehouse manager for Dignity U Wear Foundation, where he established a tracking system for all items donated and held in storage at their facility.
