He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Roberts (John Roberts), Beverly Green (Tim Green), Sharon Butts, Sharleen Jennings, Teresa Liner, Jerry Osborn (Diane) and Ronnie Osborn (Cindy). He is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation be made in the name of Joseph Dean Osborn to the Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
