She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene [Moretti] Williams and Juanita Verona Williams (Potter); her stepfather Lloyd W. King; her husband Wallace Edmund Ewell; her daughter Melissa Anne Hall; and her close friend Shirley McCart.

She is survived by: her father-in-law Lloyd W. King; her former husband George Thurston Finkle, Jr.; her sons, George Thurston Finkle, III (Jerry) and James Roy Ewell (Dorrie); her grandsons, Blaine Hall, Ryan Ewell and Austin Ewell; her sister-in-law Pam (Ewell); her nieces and nephews, Lauren and Tyler; her close friends, Charlotte, Vicki and June; Giles (Micheal). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

As the Parkinson's progressed, she did less and less.
