She is survived by: her sons, Brent Warren (Ashley) and Mike Warren; her stepchildren, Tommy Gurley (Roberta), Brenda Gurley (Ron) and Michael Gurley (Annette); and her grandchildren, Casey O'Keefe, Shawn O'Keefe, Amanda Gurley, Kyle Gurley, Kelsey Warren, Kara Warren and Case Warren. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
