He is survived by: his wife Cindy Allen Moore; his daughters, Charity (Mike) and Cameron (Charles); his stepsons, Jason (Crystal) and David; his siblings, Kent and Shawn (Mike); and his grandchildren, Addyson, Zane and Charlie. He is also survived by family members and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wade Chapel (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Comyn Cemetery (800 FM 1496, De Leon, TX 76444).
