He was predeceased by: his parents, Abbie Fraser and Kathleen Fraser; his son Joshua Fraser; and his brother Willard Fraser. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Fraser; his children, Matthew Fraser and Abigail Fraser; and his siblings, Carl Fraser and Carolyn Vossler.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV), in honor of Lester's faithful military service and his lifelong commitment to helping others.
