He is survived by: his wife Carla A. Warren O'Neal; his children, Marquisha A. O'Neal, Marquel A. O'Neal Jr., Kim, Davonte, Justin, Brandon and Shantel; his grandchildren, Anaya Hamilton, Serenity Gary and Marquel "Tre" A. O'Neal III; his parents, Gloria Harding and James Scroggins (Sabrina Scroggins); his siblings, Tanyka Harding, Latrelle Harding, Tasha Crews, Stacy Scroggins Curtis, Shelisha Scroggins and Chadsmun Morris; and his aunts, Carolyn O'Neal Jordan and Vanessia O'Neal. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Praise Center Community Church (3351 Heritage Ln, Forest Hill, TX 76140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. Their marriage began right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, making their commitment to one another even more meaningful.
