He was predeceased by: his parents, Theophilus Minter and Juanita Beaty; his stepmother Billie Rae Owen; and his brother Jim Minter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Martin Long Minter of Arlington; his children, Marc Minter (Debbie Minter) of Duluth, Georgia and Vicki Minter Hafer (Doug Hafer) of Arlington; his grandchildren, Rachael Hafer Packard (Luke Packard), Regan Hafer, Ethan Minter, Eric Minter and John Hafer; and his great grandchild Cora Packard.
