He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Harper and Patty Jean Harper; his brother Leslie "Butch" Harper; and his grandfather Al Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Gaye; his children, Chris (Stephanie), Jackson (Brianna) and Dara (Jon); his brother Dave (Vicky); his nieces and nephews, Kyle and Austin; his sister-in-law Yvonne Pedersen; his nieces and nephews, Kelly (Tasha Harper) and Jason Harper; and his grandsons, Jack, Gus and Beau Phillips.

The Harper Family would be honored to have donations made to the American Heart Association in Mike's name.
