He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Latham and Myrtle Latham; his wife Martha Jones of Matador, Texas; and his siblings, Joe, Gerald Latham and Faye Standridge.
He is survived by: his children, Marietta Cobb (Doug) of Galveston, Texas, Marquita Nelson (Scott) of Arlington, Texas and Matt Latham (Barbara); and his siblings, Nelda Carson of Tennessee and Gene Latham of Kansas. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in honor of Monroe to Mission Arlington.
