Though Phillip may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, O. Z. Flood and Cleo Belle Flood; and his sister Conway Odom. He is survived by: his brother Joe Flood (Maria Flood); his children, Bret Flood and Holly Holloway (Jeff Holloway); his grandson Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Harper and Emory Hall.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Texas Masonic Retirement Community.
