He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Elizondo and Elodia Cirilo Elizondo. He is survived by: his wife Alma Martinez Elizondo of Weslaco; his children, Mark Elizondo (Virginia) of Grapevine and Kristina Elizondo (David Kilby) of San Marcos; his grandson Ian Elizondo; his siblings, Ruben Elizondo of Mexico City, Viola Elizondo of Weslaco, Rosa Evola of San Antonio, Lupita Torres (Tony) of Garland, Antonio Elizondo (Aminta) of Weslaco and Bertha Finney (James) of Aurora, CO; and his brothers-in-law, Javier Martinez of Mercedes, Eloy Martinez (Angie) of New Braunfels and Sergio Martinez (Louanna) of Harlingen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
