He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis O'Loughlin, Lynn Hicks and Dell Renee Scraper; his sister-in-law Monique Sandoval-O'Loughlin; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Garrett, April Hurst, Jeffrey Mason Hicks, Jameson Phoenix Hicks and Melissa Scrapper.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Dallas (1707 San Jacinto St, Dallas, TX 75201).
