He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Joseph and Catherine Warner Smith; his former wife Brenda Sticher Stephens; and his sister Linda Stephens Ward. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Stephens; his daughters, Tamara Stephens Stewart and Teresa Stephens King (Aaron Douglas King); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Stewart Parker (Noah Parker), Braden Douglas King, Malaney Blaine Stewart and Avery Dawn King; and his siblings, Barbara Stephens Comola (Fred) of Carrollton and Richard Stephens (Vunita) of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
