He is survived by: his wife Marcy; his sons, Jason Hart (Courtney) and Jeff Hart (Courtney); his grandchildren, Collin, Chloe, Katherine, Jake, Nik, Sam and Adison; his great grandchild Waylon; and his brother Don Hart. He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
