He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Byron Owens and Opal Owens; his wife Linda Owens; his son Matthew Owens; and his sister-in-law Judy Owens.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Weber and Daniel Owens; his grandchildren, Evelyn Weber, Brielle Owens, Annabelle Weber and James Owens; his brother Terry; his siblings-in-law, Larry Sewell, Ronald Sewell, Bill Weseloh, Nancy Sewell, Cindi Sewell and Cathy Weseloh; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Sewell, David Sewell, Theressa Harris, Kevin Sewell, Byron Owens and Michael Sewell.
