He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Williams and Vida Williams; and his siblings, Ross Williams Jr., Sue Williams, Lavelle Lam and Virginia Winters.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Ross Williams and Shannon (Scott King); and his sisters, Ruby Bilderback and Wanda Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Paul's name may be made to the Arlington Human Society, celebrating his love for animals.

We once lived across the street from one-another in Amarillo, Paul got me into the food business back then with Nabisco, & that career lasted over 28 years.
