He was predeceased by: his brother Johnnie Elbert Hill. He is survived by: his former wife Carole Patricia Reddy; his wife Joyce Singleton-Hill; his brothers, Homer Lee Hill (Jo) of Selmer, TN and Billy Joe Hill of Henderson, TN; his children, Martin D. Hill of Arlington, TX and Mary K. O'Bannon of Kennedale, TX; his stepdaughters, Tammy Robbins of Tyler, TX and Gina Roy of Edmond, OK; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Jaden Gressett, Colby, Caroline Robbins, Alex and Logan Roy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask that a donation be made to the American Diabetes Association in honor of Roy D. Hill.
