He is survived by: his wife Judy Phillips Smith of Mansfield; his child Vic Smith of Pueblo, Colorado.; his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Phillips (Audrey) of Midlothian, Denita Leaman (Mark) of Norman and Diann Harris (Bruce) of Mansfield; and his nephews, Jarrod Leaman of Broken Arrow, Jeremy Phillips of Dallas and Andrew Brewer of Mansfield.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
