He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Anthony, Sr. and Caroline Claire Polozola (Lucito); his parents-in-law, Bill and Muriel Rooney; his brothers, Frank Joseph, Ronald James and Edward Gerard Polozola; and his brother-in-law Michael Edward Rooney.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Muriel Rooney; his daughter Christine Polozola Roth (Michael); his grandchildren, Anthony Michael and Ella Kathleen Ziober of Keller, Texas; his son Stephen Louis Polozola (Vanessa); his grandchildren, Mia Dover and Tatum Lee Polozola of Burleson, Texas; his son Bryan Nicholas Polozola; his grandchildren, Quinn Michelle, Baxter Nicholas, Caleb Mitchell and Leonardo Nicholas Polozola of Plano, Texas.; his siblings, Mary Patricia Domas (Ronnie) and Steve Anthony Polozola, Jr. (Cheryl); and his sister-in-law Linda Kay Polozola (Frank) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.. He is also survived by extended family, many friends, and his longtime friend.
