Bergstrom (Trish) and Kimberly D. Fulk (Doug); and her grandchildren, Jennifer L. Crandell (Cory), Taylor B. Howell (Jonathan), Katherine D. Proppe (Chris), Allen D. Smith (Amy) and Rebecca C. Carpenter (Newt). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
