He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Gilmore; his sons, Brian (Becky) and Alan (Jill); his granddaughters, Lauren, Taylor and Ashley; his brother John; his niece Amber; and his nephew Grady.
A dedicated member of New World United Methodist Church since 1980, Tom actively participated in the Men's Group, Crosstrainers, Wesley Foundation, and Youth Group.
