Words of sympathy

December 11, 2023

Annie Smith wrote a sympathy message

“Walter was my big brother, my only brother. We were very close growing up together in El Paso, Texas, and enjoyed making up games and fun holiday traditions. When Walter was in high school and I was in junior high, he developed deep depression that would haunt him the rest of his life. However, he never lost his faith in God and his love for family. He battled so many temptations, but his enduring belief in Christ saved him from this world and into heaven where he is forever healed and safe.”
