Wanda Brophey Obituary
We announce the death of Wanda Brophey in Arlington, Texas, who passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 91. Wanda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Brophey; her parents, Babe Fenner and Anna Fenner; and her daughter-in-law Natalie Brophey. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Brophey, MD (Liz) and Tom Brophey; her sister Barbara Humes; her grandchildren, Meghan, Sydney Stark (Kyle), Patrick (Caitlin), Samantha Quintana (Josh), Rebecca Brophey and Jonathan Brophey; and her great grandchildren, Lindsey, Emery, Olive Stark, Adeline, Elsie Brophey and Josie Quintana. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Belle Hall (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Wade Funeral Home & Crematory - Arlington (4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX 76013). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
