William Charles Cotter Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on December 20, 2023, at the age of 81, William Charles Cotter of Arlington, Texas, born in Elkhorn, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Leo Cotter and Clara Regina Cotter (Sina); and his siblings, Robert, Thomas, James, Donald and Elizabeth Winchell.
He is survived by: his wife Imelda (Mel); his children, Victoria, Carla Verbosky (Chris), Joseph and Teresa Miller; and his siblings, Dr. Patrick Cotter (Natasha), Mary Cotter and Cecelia Holzhauer (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be made to Texas Right to Life in memory of Bill Cotter.
