He is survived by: his wife Janice Boone; his daughter Leah Howard-Mohammed (Chad) of Houston, Texas; his sisters, Carolyn Boone of Dallas and Charlotte Gann of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandsons, Zachary Howard (Veronica) and Trevor Howard; and his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Jason and Gracelyn Howard.
