He was predeceased by: his parent Loys Ducksworth; and his grandson Cole Ducksworth. He is survived by: his wife Collette Lyssy Ducksworth of Arp Tx; and his children, Sam Ducksworth (Donanne) of McKinney, Blaine Ducksworth (Crystel) of Arp, Heather Sheppard (David) and April Farrow (Nathan).
