He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Moffitt Williams; his children, Sedrone Harwell of Arp, Dr. Montza Williams (Faith) of Arp and Todd Williams of Rockwall; and his grandchildren, Jolynn Cash (Jake) of Rockwall, Jacob Harwell (McKenna) of Denton, Garrett Williams (Emily) of Ft. Worth, Dr. Katie Chase (Erik) of Copperas Cove, Stoker Williams of Dubai, U. A. E., Boaz and Zella Williams of Rockwall.
