She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas G. Beene, Sr.; her parents, Reese Haller and Ethel Haller; her siblings, Paul, Ruth and Dorothy; her son Benjamin Beene; and her grandchildren, Vera, Travis Dailey, Jonathan Beene Jr. and Joshua Beene.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Beene Jr., Julia Dailey, Jonathan Beene Sr., Jefferson Beene, Pinto Beene and Robert Beene. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cottle-Pearson Funeral Home (905 S Commerce St, Overton, TX 75684). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Rusk County Memorial Gardens (5013 US-259, Henderson, TX 75653).
