She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bartlett and Delpha Bartlett; her husband O. D. "Red" Shuttlesworth; her sons, Donald Ray Shuttlesworth, Jerry Don Shuttlesworth and Ricky Dewayne Shuttlesworth; her grandson Heath Shuttlesworth; and her great grandchild Cole Ducksworth.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Cook (Terry) of Arp, Billy Ray Shuttlesworth (Janet) of Arp and Dicky Shuttlesworth (Barbara) of Arp; her daughter-in-law Mary Ruth Shuttlesworth; her brother Jackie Bartlett (Carol) of Crane; her grandchildren, Sam Ducksworth (Donnane), Blaine Ducksworth (Crystel), Chris Shuttlesworth (Mandy), Carrie Washburn (Kevin), Jason Luce, Ashley Durrett (Ronnie Jr), Shelby Brown (Justin) and Haley Elliott (Colby); and her great grandchildren, Emma Ducksworth, Kayleigh Shuttlesworth, Macey Ducksworth, Maykenzi Thomas, Callie Brown, Kenley Durrett, Aubrey Elliott, Kollyn Durrett, Logan Shuttlesworth, Damien Ducksworth, Levi Thomas, Tripp Durrett and Carter Brown.
