He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Earl; his significant other Debra May Freeman Petterson; his daughters, Brenda Tabor of Aspermont, Cynthia Marie Criswell (Chad) of Aspermont and Sarah Lynn Smith (Chris) of San Angelo; his grandchildren, Jannie, Seth Tabor, Peyton, Clayton, Colton Criswell, Elijah, Serenity and Raeleigh Smith; and his siblings, David Petterson (Randee) of Aspermont, Billie Carter of Eldorado, Jim and Jeffrey. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
