We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023, at the age of 88, Fern Olivia Decker of Athens, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Pearce Barnes and Leatha Barnes (Kennedy); and her husband Otis Elton Decker. She is survived by : her sons, Danny Decker (Laura) of Ben Wheeler and Dennis Decker (Laura) of Stafford, Virginia; and her grandchildren, Christy Decker, Zachary Decker and Jessica Morris (David). She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
