He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis and Mary Alice Osborn Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Weaver of Athens; and his children, Cynthia Ann Young of Leander, Daniel Ray Weaver of Humble, John Michael Lindsey (Barbara Butler) of Mabank, Dawn Michelle Thompson of Port Neches, Amber Danielle Webb (Joe) of Athens and Sabrina Baker of Clarksville. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
