She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Etheridge and Mabel Ethel Fretwell Mims; her husband Bill Hipp Sr.; and her son Billy Hipp Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda (Tom Manning), Cindy (Ronnie Burton) and Ginger (Scott Hines); and her grandchildren, Lauren (Ryan Hall), Whitney Henry, Nancy (Dustin Clark), Jonathan (Haley Burton), Cody (Leigh Hines), Hilary (Colby Ivie) and Valerie (Katlin Horwood). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
