He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Williams and Ruth Hightower Williams of LaRue, Texas.; and his wife Ruby Mae Williams (Cofer). He is survived by: his sister Vivian Jean Hart; and his daughters, Kimberly Sipriano, Latonya Gamble and Jacqueline Williams. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home (1910 E Tyler St, Athens, TX 75751). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Allen Chapel AME Church (512 N Underwood St, Athens, TX 75751).
