He is survived by: his wife Kay Lewis Forester; his children, Kim Haupt (Steve) and Bubba Forester (Becky); his granddaughter Amanda Butler (Charlie); his great grandchildren, Hadley Butler and Jace Butler; and his niece Amanda Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
