As we bid William farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For William is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his wife Karen B. Dye; his son Christopher B. Dye (Jee Hyun); his granddaughter Haeun; his daughter Kellie D. Brisse (Wade); his grandson Taylor (Josefina); his great grandchild Elena; his granddaughter Caitlin (Brandon); and his great grandchild Poppy. He is also survived by three sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Autry's Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home (1910 E Tyler St, Athens, TX 75751).
