He is survived by: his mother Maria "Lupe" Sertuche of Atlanta, Texas; his wife Margie Sertuche of Atlanta, Texas; his children, Michael Sertuche (Taddy), Devin Phillips (Tim), Mark Sertuche Jr. (Amanda), Christiana Chastun (Justin), Tequila Humphrey (John), Maria Nicole Hartley (Tevin), Desirae, Kasie Denise, Keke Renee and Lois Wimsatt; his godchildren, Remington and Rebel Gardner; his siblings, Wally Sertuche (Marla), Johnny Sertuche, Simon Sertuche (Stephanie), Jeff Nolan, Martha Sertuche and Kristi Easley; his grandchildren, L. J. "Peanut" Sertuche, Kamalita Gonzales, Amara Gonzales, Ryhett Sertuche, Lagacy Sertuche, Kansley Chastun, Justin Chastun, Jaxon Chastun, Ivey Chastun and John Humphrey Jr.; and his nephew Isaiah Sertuche.
