She was predeceased by: her mother Hosie Butler; and her sister Rose (Charlie Mack). She is survived by: her father Charles Mack; her son Billy Mack; her grandchildren, Adrian Mack, Billie Mack and Kai'Lynn Turnage; and her siblings, Karen Blackwell, Lee Mack, Kathy Smith and Bryan Smith. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
